             abstract = "Family farming has an important role in the world. However, it is 
                         mostly made up of a population inprecarious conditions. With the 
                         changes of social relations and of work in the field the 
                         participation of publicpolicies in this population is one of the 
                         solutions to solve the problems faced. The objective of this study 
                         is toanalyze the family farming living condition index using 
                         techniques from the area of Geotechnologies, such asRemote 
                         Sensing. The study was carried out in the Citizenship Territory of 
                         Southeast of Par{\'a}. The methodologyused to gauge the quality 
                         of life of rural producers was developed through indicators 
                         related to education, healthand financing projects. Maps for the 
                         years 2010 and 2014 were developed, which demonstrated the Index 
                         ofLiving Conditions (ICV). The results obtained from the data 
                         collection of the families of the rural producersevidenced 
                         numerous difficulties on the part of the same ones, in the search 
                         for better conditions of life. TheFarmers'' Living Condition Index 
                         indicates a potential for improvement in local development, 
                         including theproduction area at the level of schooling, but does 
                         not define the economic development of the territory.",
